sulibreezy THIS IS A REALLY GOOD QUESTION! The 5 year question seems to be linked in with our General Election. What do you think? I agree with you, the five year question does not matter! Before I became a mother, I could not care less about politics. Now, I care! Because they are destroying our children, family life and PLANET! I have done much research and the evidence proves we have a problem. We the people, need to have a say over the way our world is run and the laws. I have done a lot of research. And it does not matter if people agree, I just hope that it makes them think about things. All Government Parties are controlled by the Monarchy. sulibreezy I absolutely love your poems but this is the one that I disagree with, I think not creating plans for yourself is just an excuse for mediocrity. Please don't take offense to this, it's just my opinion. you work is really amazing honestly.

Dontae Hill i understand your point, i guess i feel that i way to, but i also think that you get so caught up planning ahead that and thinking what will i be in 5 years, where will i be, will i even be alive in 5 years? that you forget to live in the present. "Man plans, and God laughs". I loved this. I wish interviews valued honesty. I'm 16, looking for my first job to make some cash. Chick fil' A asked me, "what was the best day of your life". How am I supposed to answer that question? And what does it have anything to do with the job at hand? I guess it's just a test to see how fast you can respond to it. But still...

I feel like Suli is gonna be our great philosopher. He's like the guy that knows exactly what makes sense and what doesn't, pokes around and asks the meaningful questions, and his stuff is so relatable. Literally everything he's said in every video I've watched has made sense to me and some have really touched me on an emotional level

I wake up some days wondering what do I need to handle TODAY? How the heck am I supposed to know about 5 years from now??! Yes, I have ideaS, and yes I hope for those ideas to come to past, but Life happens heading towards that 5th year. The way we think, the things we used to do, the people we hung out with, what used to inspire us, etc. No one knows if they will get their next breath. The ONLY one that knows where I see myself and where I will be in 5 years, is the one who blew life into me. So, I ask that He guides my every second of step. Plenty ideas yes, but I have No Idea where I see myself, I am to busy being grateful for this day. 💎 Proverbs 16:19 & Proverbs 3:6 💎

This is just one more amazing example of your amazing insight into human nature because while some people try to plan out every aspect of their lives I'm just trying live my life to the fullest. i have never wanted to plan out my life and i hate it so much when people ask this question as if we should know what the future is going to bring. We should embrace the unknown because where's the fun in knowing what you are going to do year by year.

Mr.suli most thank you for all of the advice that you have so generously givin through you vidoes. Now about this one, most people don't know what they what to do with their life and they may change what they want to do. Some people may what to be a teacher but give years down the road they may be a police officer helping to old and young. My point is that goals change but people do not change all that want to do is good and and some love into the world and take away some of the hate.

I think I view that question from a different perspective. This world often believes in nationality over humanity therefore nationality will dictate unfairly the path they have to take as too many people make assumptions based on ethnicity, gender, sexuality, class, and current job. People in poverty cannot think where they would be in 5 years, it tough to get through life day by day.

Why does everyone around me make it seem like a crime not to take summer classes in college? They are busy planning every hour of their day, month, and year. All I want is free time for myself so I can reevaluate and read books that actually seek to inspire. To take a break from cramming futile facts into my head and replace that time with my own time. I have projects and ideas I would like to pursue and finish. But if its not a j.o.b with a time to punch in and a time to punch out, and doesn't make "money," it's deemed more pointless than the stuff we learn in college and you are passed off as a sluggard.

Joseph LeBeau Speaking truth there. People around me still struggle with the work I'm doing:"but you don't have a boss?" "you don't have a salary?" And I tell them that's exactly how I want it because I'm working harder now, with my whole heart and mind, than I ever did in school/uni/corporate. You're thinking more independently than most Joseph.

Im going to choose a career path. Once I choose it, im gonna have to work hard to succeed. My decision and my work ethic depends on my passion and discipline. What if I haven't found my passion yet? Or I actually have a passion but I'm blinded by money and what others think of me? I don't know the future and I always wanna know the end result. Not knowing is a bit scary , what would I tell myself.. don't give a fuck what other's think be happy doing what you want to do but still be responsible, get a job , make money , buy a house , start a family etc etc. Right now im not where I am coz im lazy and lost not focused on what I want because of my phone distractions constant gratification short term... advice? Wait im still gonna be on my phone..so get off my phone read books find yourself discover what makes me happy and how it can be brought into my life so I don't regret it a few years from now...idk man get off my lazy ass and hustle ..im a peaceful phlegmatic so occasionally I need a kick up my ass so I do something...bleh long post ..sorry for wasting your time. ..If you didn't read it then alright.

Yes yes yes, on of my fav answers to that question is from a singer named Chrisette Michele... when asked she said.... "I never train my mind to think that far ahead because l never know what God has planned for me in 6 months less long five years... so I take it one day at a time... one idea at I time... the bible says write down the things you want and make it plain.... so I write down the ideas and things I want for my self untill the day the can come to frutition... only thing I want in 5 years or even next year this time is to be a better listener and able to react more quickly to the things God wants me to do" Thats not verbatim lol but pretty much what she said.... this is how I try to live my life as well

You realse that you might have focused on techniques on how to get money a bit harder than it deserved, realising you do not live and 'wake up' when someone close leaves this life. It made me to stay in shock for long, and I still do not have much money, but try to live while trying to get it. What if one does not get rich ever? what then? it happens.
