Correction required. 2.48 to 2.55 Bahmani Sultanete Was divided into 5 Parts Ahmednagar(Nizamshahi) Bijapur (Adilshahi) Golconda(Qutubshahi) Barar(Imadshahi) and Bidar(Baridshahi). Hyderabad was not a separate state. It was a part of Golconda because it was established by Mohd Quli Qutub Shah of Golconda in 1591.

तोप से उछाले सिक्के उठाने की बात काफी हास्यास्पद है। असल में तोप से गोलों की जगह सिक्के इस लिए दागे गए थे ताकि वो छर्रों की तरह काम कर सकें। इस तरह से एक साथ कई दुश्मन सैनिक घायल किये जा सकें और हुआ भी वही।

(China Myanmar Israel) all three genocides are done by non Muslim countries on Muslim minorities, not by Muslim countries on non Muslim minorities. In a example, I see no Indian Muslim going to Pakistan today, but there are a lot of Hindus who are going to Middle East.

'Kannad bhasha' ek term use kiya hai aapne. Karnataka k log har word ka 'a' se khatam karke pronounce karte hain. Toh they will like it if you say 'kannada'. Waise ham to up se hain 😊.

Gilani brothers treachery is mentioned in only one Portuguese source " Venetian merchant Cesare de Federici in Viaggi," others Portuguese source didn't mentioned it. He probably exaggerated and was an merchant. Whereas Portuguese governors and other source doesn't tell about this

Hi Nikhil ! It was revelation for me about Gilani bros. I am from Hampi and local stories are bit different! Like the king was tilting towards Vaishnav Panth but majority of the kingdom’s Purohitshahi was Shaivaites. Inside Gaddari was done to uproot Vaishnavites and their temples were vandalised selectively but Shiva temples were spared without touching!!!! Even AnantShayana temple was not disturbed much as diety was not installed yet there that time!!! Till now no diety of Ananthshayana in the temple!! Some twist to famous right wing Gilani bros story which is not prominent among all historians!! Food for thought👆👆😇😇 You can shed some light on this. But I am sure it is not possible for you in today’s India to say this but Gilani twist suits in this era!😎😎😎

After disintegration....they had their differences......to the point tht a sultan from Golconda took refuge in Vijayanagara samrajyam....nd he was also in the group of sultans who defeated Vijayanagara Kingdom later nd looted, destroyed Hampi

What is the actual Kannada word ( Aliya) and what is its meaning in Kannada ? Perhaps the narrator ( Nikhil) is Pronouncing it wrongly ! Moreover , the narrator ( Nikhil) is solely depending on one book and one version. BBC runs similar programme on History. They quote several books/versions ! A 500 year old battle will certainly have several descriptions .

Aliya [अळिय] stands for son - in - law. Rama Raya was Krishna Devaraya's son - in - law and therefore, he was called Aliya Rama Raya (अळिय राम राय).

Versions are not important. The important thing is the betrayal of mu$lims. If vijayanagar empire had lost in a battle everyone would have accepted it, but the backstabbing is unacceptable.

Your initiative is good but I feel purposely you undermined some facts. # It was a war between secular kingdom (vijaynagar which had Muslims at positions of influence) and Muslim Sultanates # The war was fought on premise of it being a jihad against non-muslim empire and that was a prime reason of gilani Brothers defecting. Fail to understand why you selectively brought Girish Kernard's reference. Quoted one side and not other writers that said they defected because of religion. Last words: If you want to be neutral, don't cover blunders done in the name of religion in past. Call spade a spade. Increasingly, you are giving an impression of growing into next NDTV.
