Prince Solomon, with his closest man, Ibrahim Pargam Ibrahim receives the bad news in a hunt. His father Yavuz Sultan Selim Khan passed away. Prince Suleyman sets out for Istanbul without waiting. Prince Süleyman quickly reaches the capital. He attends the culus ceremony without waiting. His life changed in one day. He started his life as Sultan Süleyman.
Meanwhile, a galley loaded with slaves coming over the Black Sea is heading towards Istanbul. The hottest of the slaves is not yet aware that he is on a journey that will change his destiny. He is rebelling helplessly to return.
Sultan Süleyman wants to show what kind of sultan he is by the commands he gave on the first day of his sultanate. But not everyone will like these decisions. Sultan Süleyman does not hesitate to challenge all of Europe with the messages he sends.
Alex, despite all his rebellion, is brought to the Topkapi palace. His attitude attracted the attention of Valide Sultan from the first moment. But it won't be long before Alex learns the rules of the palace. He chooses a great target. Alex, Sultan Suleyman's first night on the way to attract his attention. Sultan Suleiman's wife Mahidevran just arrived from the palace of Manisa. He is looking forward to seeing his wife.

And Daye knew what Mahidervan and Valide was doing to Hurrem. She knew Mahidervan and Valide set up the rebellion to burn and destroy Hurrem. They almost succeeded. But Hurrem and Daye made sure all the info was revealed to Sulieman.

@@lindseyvictor4292Mustafa always acted on his own mind. He is kinda careless with most of the situations which discomfort sultan. Being the strongest competitor for the throne, he got everyone behind his back - Valide, his aunts, Ibrahim, the people and janissaries so he feels too comfortable in making mistakes. I can say, one of the reasons he got killed (besides Suleiman being manipulated) is because of his own attitude. His enemies used that as their advantage. Like Hurrem said in one scene, she knows Suleiman will always forgive Mustafa, but every time a mistake was made a seed of doubt will be inside his heart. I think he can survive if he is like Mehmed.

people think that suleiman madly followed Hurrem which is wrong, Hurrem was punished and exiled many times when she stepped beyond authority, Valide and everyone hated Hurrem for no reason, Suleimn was just being an impartial judge.

For no reason? Since the first time, was rude and disrespectful with everyone! Later with Suleyman too! Ok, she lost her family! But she wasn't the only one! She want to take revenge, she stole from Mahidevran the man who loved (Hürrem told to Maria that, she will do on 2nd episode). Since she came to the palace, problems had started and everyone became killers, slanderous, thieves and liars. Palace "transformed" to a huge temple. And all these, she called them "love"! It wasn't love, it was thirst for revenge!

Could you survive those thoughts and memories? When you say ok her parents were killed but she stole Mahidevran the only thing I can think is that you are beyond ignorant....

Sumbul and Gul agas are like those side ingredients ("side" but important) added to make our food delicious. Without them, the show wouldn't be as exciting as it is. While I cringe when Hurrem and Mahidevran confront each other (and other women), Sumbul and Gul fighting each other is entirely a different thing. It makes me love them even more.😂😂

I think Suleyman's family problem was mainly status one with Hurrem. Because in their mind: how dare a slave from nowhere come here and change the rules of harem's foundations counted in hudreds of years! She defies openly her superiors and doesn't care about their opinion. There was a lot of people here but only few that was strong enough to steer their fate. Hurrem was one of those few.

I can't imagine what it was like for Sulieman. He loves all his sisters and would be so glad when the came to the palace but then every and each one of them would start some stupid fight with Hurrem and attempt to kill her until he has no choice but to banish them.(Mihrimah saved him the trouble of banishing Shah Sultan and Hatice killed herself to spite him so he won't be able to find Hurrem)

I mean, while Ayse Hafsa would have grieved for any of her grandchildren dying, she also would have known that it was the nature of the Ottoman dynasty. She was, after all, a woman who stressed the rules of it constantly (and understandably) so she would have always known the day was to come---she had had to do it herself with her own son. And, honestly, while Ibrahim is an ally, I think she would have been more concerned with Hatice's grief and the loss of having a pasha she could rely on in the council than actually grieving for him herself.

Main reason Mustafa died, he didn't rein in his mother. As a result Hurrem felt she and her son's were constantly in jeopardy. So she struck back. If Mustafa could have made Hurrem not feel threatened, most of this wouldn't have happened.

Hürrem is an immigrant from the Crimea but is big in the Ottoman palace. Valide Sultan: I won't see how Hürrem destroy you. A few years later Hürrem destroyed Süleyman's heir by conspiring with Rüstem Pasha with forged letters and Süleyman killed Mustafa.

If we talk about history, Hurrem ruled ALONGSIDE Suleiman, while Kosem just ruled as regent all those years. If Hurrem hadn't paved the way, even that wouldn't have been possible for Kosem. They are both my favourite Sultanas, but it should not be forgotten that it was Hurrem who started the Sultanate of Women.

In other instances, I'd agree but not this one. Valide fired Daye for telling him the truth about what happened to Hurrem and Suleyman knows it.

Would you just kick out of your house on the street someone who raised you? Valide punished Daye only for performing her duties and protecting sultan's wife. Hatred, pride and fear from Hurrem blinded Valide so much that she even lost her sence of justice.

Whole system is a curse. Behind each other. Not letting anyone in peace. No respect for women. They were just to decorate suleyman's bed n lay princes. Hurrem could hv stopped this all nonsence. Cz she faced such disrespect and brutality n threat for life in every single moment. But she kept herself busy to undermine Mustafa. N uplift Selim. If Hurrem allied with Mustafa (not Ibrahim) n made Suleyman understand that he is aged n he should retire now.... situation could hv been different. But as she was equally greedy......she lost her 3 sons. Ruin daughter's life n passed away. What to say. What a laws...sultans don't retire until they die.🙄😒😓

@@hakimiekimi3148 oh really, did your mom abandoned you when you made mistake in your childhood. Only time we can't tolerate our mother if she denies God or asked to do the same. Else in every situation we have to obey our mother in a sense that she never felt disrespected or hurted. Also we should love our wife the same way. But your wife came second after your mom

And she was right. Suleiman killed his best friend and two of his sons and caused the death of his sister and another one of his sons. As well as causing the deaths of a large amount of his loyal advisors. Hurrem clouded his eyes and suleiman was too dumb and weak a leader to see it
