One of the few interview for Norum sadly. Its Shame for rock world because Norum is the one of the best ever guitar, but media ignore that.

John is the reason why in 1988 l picked up a guitar and begun to play...in 1986 l was 13teen and The final countdown was a big hit also in my country(Italy),from than on l bought all the Europe albums and when Norum left the band l followed him in his solo career(from Total Control on and on)...then l discover other guitarists, more blues oriented(Hendrix,Page,Gilmour and Paul Kossoff),as l play blues-rock,but John Norum remains my first Guitar Hero and one of my greatest and deepest influence🎸🎸🎸❤❤❤

Мне очень нравится, когда Норум и поёт, у него необычный тембр голоса, но гитарист - он великолепен. Повезло группе Европе, что они до сих пор вместе, верны своей группе. Я очень рада за них. ❤❤❤❤

Please John, you are an amazing singer and always was! Just like Richie Sambora, you matches your lead singer perfectly. Anyone can hear it on the song you and Joey made in your absence from Europe (sorry, I dont recall rhe title right now. 🙈)

Outside of your doing the speed metal part of "Stay With Me" by Frank Marino you did great on the Second Hand Smoke album. Bravo. Sometimes , there's enough speed and feel is enough. And you've got feel or you do melody quite well. It's your soul. The burning on that song? Not necessary but great job John. Frank is a master for the ages. and Schenker/ You've got the right influences for sure.
