It offers beautiful natural scenery, family-friendly rituals to visit, various foods, good accessibility, economical travel options, and various experiential activities that all generations can enjoy. This time, my family went on a trip to Gyeongju for 2 days and 1 night. Let’s take a look at Gyeongju travel courses and places worth visiting based on the places we’ve been.
First, the Gyeongju travel course.
First, if you look at the map of Gyeongju, Mureungwon, Cheomseongdae, Hwangridan-gil, Donggung Palace, and Wolji Pond are concentrated in the tourist area.
Bomun Complex in Gyeongju has various hotels, resorts, golf courses, and amusement parks surrounding Bomun Lake and its surroundings. In particular, Bomun Lake is an artificial lake that boasts beautiful scenery and allows you to enjoy various activities such as walking and boating.
Next, Bulguksa Temple and Seokguram Grotto, which cannot be missed when visiting Gyeongju, are located at the bottom right.
It takes approximately 10 minutes by car from downtown Gyeongju, where Cheomseongdae is located, to Bomun Tourist Complex.
Please note that it takes approximately 20 minutes to get to Bulguksa Temple.
