Avoid : 1. Phrases 2. Clauses 3. Pronouns as the subject Explanation: You're required to write sentences (A sentence begins with a capital letter, ends with a full stop and must contain a verb). Thus, your answer must be fully understood as a true reflection of the points mentioned in the passage. Use the noun (subject) mentioned in the question, not using pronouns such as "he", "they" etc.

You may try to change the noun or noun phrase which is your subject but that will Land you in trouble. To be on a safer side, just maintain the same subject in the question.

Please when can you use your own words for summary.

Ideally, there's nothing like your own words in Summary Writing. But paraphrasing is allowed; where you can express (the answer) in a different way, still maintaining the key answer from the passage. For example, "obesity" is a point in the passage. You can maintain "obesity" in your answer, using other words attached to it; not necessarily using word-for-word in the passage.
