We continue our summer road trip as a family 4x4 overland with our Land Rover Defender camper. Enjoying mountains tracks and a changing weather.
This is part 4 of our offroad Spain tour in our Land Rover Defender 110 converted in a 4wd adventure vehicle for a family of 4. We enjoy traveling and free camping in our Defender.
We got back off-road for this part of our exploration and had an intense experience. Going from an easy trail to a dangerous tiping part, cleaning up a camp spot, or even a very dense foggy weather.

You are so right, it is often better to keep going forward than trying to reverse out of a situation. Well done on cleaning up the rubbish, ye shouldn't have to clean up after others, but sadly that is the reality of the world we live in. Some people just don't respect the beauty of the world around them, but ye are raising your family to respect the environment and leading by example. Great video as usual :)

when i saw those Eucalyptus trees, i thought 'That could be here in Australia'. Beautiful countryside and magnificent scenery. 'Thank you' for cleaning up the trash the grubs left behind. Cheers for sharing your journey and experiences with us.

Really enjoying your family connection to off piste travelling, can you tell me which mapping solutions you use for the off road route planning please ? I have travelled extensively across Spain, but not like this ! Love it.

Thanks! For this trip we used wikiloc to help find some tracks or some friends shared what they had. Then, depending on what's the most convienient we either follow it on our smartphone or GPS.

Such a good video! You are giving your kids the best education possible 😊👍🏼 I’m wondering, are ticks a problem where you were or in your travels in general? They’re quite a problem where I am in Canada 🇨🇦. Sad to see that people leaving trash behind is as big a problem there as here.

Always disappointing all the trash we can find along the way and it's a problem in most countries. We mostly had tick problems in Switzerland and never when traveling but always good to check bodies. There's a vaccine for the "encéphalite à tique" but not for the "borreliose de Lyme".
