I wanted to buy some tickets for the draw, but PayPal is saying that “the merchant will only ship to the US”. Since I am Canadian, I was unable to complete my purchase.

Hi Shirley, shipping is not included with international raffle winners, some players this year used a US address as a forwarding service. Seems like a good work around.
