I don't use a specific cream for my décolletage/neck at the moment - just use my face moisturizer. I did just receive one from Prai Beauty specifically for your décolletage though so I'll try & report back!

I would opt for a light serum like the Dior one I mentioned & light moisturizer that has spf in it during the day, and do all your heavier products at night
