For this week's Summer Carp fishing Vlog, you join me and T for a quick 24-hour down the Linear Fisheries complex as part of my 2022 Linear sessions. In this fishing video, we decided to go for Linears B1 (Brasenose one) lake. We fished the disabled access peg and had some great success.
I fished my three rods tight together, about 15 wraps out. Tight to a bed of weed. Using big beds of both the Parker Baits ranges. OG Fish and OG Fruit & Nut, I managed to bag a nice one myself and T, living up to his name, managed a 30lber.
Linear Fisheries Brasenose One is a big 32 acres of water to fish this long, open, reed-fringed lake has become very popular as a day ticket water, and like all our other waters, there is no limit to the time an angler can stay.
The water holds at least 100 different mirrors in excess of thirty pounds. The biggest of these has been caught at 52lb and is the lake record. Weights on the water continue to rise, and multiple catches are commonplace.
The large head of carp this water contains continues to produce some stunning results, with at least over half of its estimated 1,900 stock believed to weigh in excess of twenty pounds and a majority of the remainder now being upper doubles, Brasenose One continues to provide excellent sport for the visiting angler.
