Hello, friends!! Today, I'm going foraging for wild berries in the woods and spending a summer afternoon painting and making popsicles. I hope you enjoy this cozy video!!

1 can unsweetened coconut milk
2 cups raspberries or wine berries
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Haley, I love this so much😍I haven't watched YT videos in a while, this one I had to watch right away. Forest, berries, painting, popsicles - basically my favourite summer day :)! Such a beautiful, relaxing and joyful video. A fun coincidence is that on Monday I filmed material in the forest when we were blueberry picking. I don't know if I'll make it into a video, but it surely felt so good to film in the forest. It is such a magical place, no matter where in the world you are. The wineberries look so cute, love the bright red color. Also your guache painting is so lovely and it must have been a very relaxing creative moment to paint💚

I ❤ your painting, I love foraging. We have raspberry bushes & I foraged them in June. I am now waiting on the blackberries which will be ripe at the end of August xx

I have always seen berries like these in the woods but never knew if they were okay or not, but I am allergic to them if I tried. I never knew they were called wineberries!! I love learning things like this. Wow the recipe you used for the popsicles too. Mmm. Looks like a nice hike you took!! I enjoyed seeing you paint your wineberries too.

I love to go out and forage. Wildflowers, pine cones, berries. So much fun to combine a beautiful hike with some treasures from nature to bring home. Your painting of the leaves and berries turned out really well.

Can you share where you got that popsicle mold? I have been looking for one just like that. The recipe sounds so good and healthy. I can't wait to try it, I think my kids will love it! I've never painted with Gauche before, only traditional watercolor. What was your opinion of it? It looks much more opaque than watercolor. Also, your sketching was beautiful btw!

I love these popsicle molds--here is the link: amzn.to/44oixKy I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!! 😊💕 I've been loving painting with gouache, and you're absolutely right about it being much more opaque--but it's water-based so it works very well with water too, it's like a thick a thicker version of watercolor!
