We made this before in arts and crafts in school. How to make. 1.fold the paper vertically. 2.Cut the line on which you folded. 3.fold it forward and backward like whats shown on the vid. 4.Glue it together with the 2 pieces you folded. 5.pinch the bottom of the 2 pieces and it has to look like a fan. 6.tape the pinched thing on paper so it will be sturdy. 7.get another paper and roll it until it looks like a shape of a pen (you could make it thicc or thin) 8.tape the pen thing so it will say in its form. 9.put the fan thing inside the pen thing 10.put another layer but its shorter for the top. 11.put the shorter layer of the pen thingy On the 1st pen on where you put the fan thingy. 12.pun any design on the shorter layer. 13 your done ! Sorry if its confusing😅
