One thing I forgot to mention in the video is watering. Most granule products aren't activated until they are wet. Typically the best time to apply these products is right before a rain to save the time and money of watering. However, if there is no expected rain for a while it is just fine if you decide to apply your product as long as you water within a day or so. One thing of note when it comes to watering though, is the heat and watering can actually burn your lawn. If you plan to water, do so first thing in the morning to allow the water to soak in without burning and for the lawn to dry back out before nighttime.
