After the Ft Lauderdale Pro Swim, SwimSwam took a drive across the peninsula to Sarasota, home to newly-minted 2x world record holder Summer McIntosh and the Sarasota sharks. This was a Tuesday morning LCM workout from 5-7am. See full set below:
Warm Up:

4x100 Breathe 4 @ 1:30

Agreed.... but for the athletes actually going thru the routine day in day out, they almost all say that the early morning training sessions are their favourite. * they also say they REALLY appreciate their Sleep in day.. LOL

Hydro Tech 2 and DMC Elite are two fins that look exactly the same as what they are using in the video but I can't tell the exact model. The Arena powerfin pro is also quite similar.

Summer, yeah, pretty fantastic, thats the way it goes. After McKeon, Titmus, Popovici, Hafnoui and a few others And others will come too in time. Till the Olympics 2024. Maybe after on further. I am still open for partners and cooperation , is fun making, guaranteed. Peter
