Unfortunately i'm all maxed out on my NI/izotope stuff right now, but used your affiliate links for all of it lol. Im in a head space right now where i have plenty of stuff to work with and learn as it is...so its time to get baxk to using what i already have and making music! 😅 Anyways, i absolutely love your tutorial type videos and would be great to see more of them. More Maschine workfliw tips would be great.

That's amazing Steve!! I had a second ablation in October and I'm doing pretty well! The occasional flutter... now to keep my stress level down 💪

@@jefgibbons I hear you with the stress. I think that was a major contributor to my Afib. I find taking Ashwagandha to be very helpful. Also I had to make sure my vitamin B levels were good too. I am no doctor, but I got this advice from my functional medicine doctor.

I think the tutorial videos are great, I think product videos are easier to pick up and go, where learning have longer term value but slower burn. Basically we appreciate it 🔥

@jefgibbons I'm not sure you answered this question. Can you install or run AstroLab on Maschine + in a standalone or a DAW like Serato Studio?

I would absolutely buy a course from you on making music with if you host it on a platform like Teachable or Gumroad. KZfaq is great to get an overview but many of us are comfortable paying for a more indepth course if it's made by someone competent. And you certainly are.

@@jefgibbons Sounds good and definitely a way to get away from product reviews. Which are helpful. Especially for NI/Maschine. Would love to see if you take to an MPC Live 2 workflow as well. I‘m still more biased towards NI but am trying to give the MPC a fare share when creating music.

Jeff, I was not a Machine user until I saw your videos. Now I will not live without them, the Expansions are so Great, I did not think I need them all but with Sound Design Lawd knows they came in so handy. I'm waiting for 15 CE. I know you said you are getting tired of making Certain videos . But, your videos are the best Period. I was never interested in the controllers.I have so many workstation and other controllers. If there is another Machine I hope it can compete with the PUSH3 as for as MPE. I'm still rocking my Machine Studio and Jam. I not interested in Standalone @ All.

Really appreciate your support! Standalone is not for everyone, I've used it live a few times but that's about it. And yeah, the expansions just end up being the first place I go every time I need some sounds!

Man and I just ordered a Maschine from Reverb. Not even sure how I can fit it into my workflow since I do most stuff in Ableton. Let's hope that I can get a year or so out of it, lets hope that it also works as an Ableton controller (since Im not gonna spend 900 on a Push 3)... Anyway, thanks for the video, love your content!!

I just checked what the price would be as I have the Komplete 13 Collectors Edition but somehow I do not get any offers for this but only up to Ultimate. Really strange. Maybe I need to check with their support for this - Oops, silly me. I already have 14 CE. I was so excited as I thought this was the new release. Guess I need my glasses 🙂

Definitely not... they recently requested user feedback on what we want to see, my only concern is how much longer we have to wait for it to be implemented! But I've been reassured that they are not abandoning it...

@@jefgibbons yeah, first time they did that… 😅 Still waiting for that Maschine+ update… they promised to do better on communications with the community, but no updates whatsoever. I’m sorry to say, but it’s the first time in years I’ll pass. They really have to regain trust.

I've just upgraded from select, thanks for the heads up...another hole in my wallet... I have a hell of a lot of duplicates though, kontakt 7 for instance I bought separately along with quite a few others that I've been buying over the past year, is there a way in native to see which of my serials are included within komplete standard so I can auction them off? Or am I going to have to manually search through each one?

That's a really good question! Try logging in on the website, I think serials should show up in your account!

@@jefgibbons yeah they do, I was hoping for a quick way of cross referencing what's in komplete Vs what I've bought previously. I can show or hide already owned, but I can't see what's included in komplete standard without searching every single pack or extra that I have. I already have duplicates from maschine 2.0 expansions, lower tier versions of god knows what etc etc, I might be cheeky and KONTAKT native (you see what I did there? I'm here all day fyi) to see if they can filter out the extras 🤭

I am SO confused by NI. I own Komplete 14 Collectors Edition (the top tier version)...so for the Summer Of Sound they're offering me a "deal" of $100 to downgrade to Standard and $200 to downgrade to Ultimate....thanks NI.

I've made a decision to get away from Native Instruments products. After years of buying Komplete, Maschine, and all NI hardware I feel like it’s all too much . Like the Micro Transaction / DLC company of the music software world . I go to my favorite Battery kits and a few select synth presets, but I probably use Logics built in stuff more than NI . Also synths that don’t work in updates or use to open in KKontrol , but now have to be opened directly in Kontact . Too much time being IT help desk instead of musician. 😢
