I don't kow what your diet allows, but salads or wraps are always a good go to. My favorite go to salad is one with fresh berries, mozzarella cheese (you can sub for vegan option if that's what fits in your diet), walnuts or pecans if I'm out of walnuts, cucumber, and a dressing. I like to make a fresh strawberry vinaigrette or red wine vinaigrette, but you can use what ever you like. My go to wrap is an olive and pesto wrap. On a lettuce wrap I add a mixture of a tablespoon of mayo and a tsp of pesto. Spread that out and then I add my olives, onions, tomato, banana peppers, a cheese of choice (either provolone or mozzarella), oregano, and a blend of olive oil and red wine vinegar. It hits. If you're a meat eater, adding turkey to this will make this a heartier sandwich.

I hear mustard oil helps to darken the color if you use it to remove paste

yes, the paste will leave the same color stain. it takes 2 days to fully develop and i filmed/edited before it darkened.

i avoid unnecessary buffing over the entire nail as it files down the thickness making it too thin when overdone. i also regularly oil my nails to help make the layers of keratin more compressed. if your nails are naturally thin though id recommened several coats of polish to give strentgh. if you only use a top coat, switch to a strengthening treatment or base coat. top coat isnt formulated to adhere to the natural nail, just polish.
