Coincidentally I also just bought some 11 by BBS shorts, the P27 for me. As a kid I used to wear shorts so often that I kinda got bored of them in my adult life and did a big 180 to barely wearing shorts ever, but now that the weather gets above 30 degrees celsius often I'm back to wearing shorts again.

Love seeing you active on this platform again even though I'm just getting to watch all your new uploads by now. These Pick Ups are super nice in their entirety, especially dig the Deepti Pants! As a future textile/clothing engineer, I would have to add, that cordura is only the brand name of polyamide 6.6 which is only abrasion and a bit water resistant by itself, not entirely weatherproof😅 But I get the totally get your problem with the branding✌️

I usually j pause my fashion in the summer lol. I take the time in summer to buy pieces for the rest if the year lol occasionally throw a vest on w a light button down

@@DavidMoseer i naturally still get lost in heavy winters. I am in nyc and refuse to wear most leather boots in winter due to the chemical salts. I try to stick to heavy wools and a lot of layering. Sometimes its too much and ill cave in and just wear a north face on super cold days. Winters definitely tricky but i try for a more “drapey” deeply layered look.

Happy to see another video :) The Prof E waistcoat looks very cool. How is the fabric quality if I may ask? I've heard opinions that even though their designs are great, they sometimes cheap out on the fabric... I've never handled one of their pieces myself, though. In terms of interesting waistcoats, I recommend looking into Ann Demeulemeester since they usually have a nice selection of different styles that can be dressed up or down. BTW, I also liked your belt design that you showed off in the beginning. Have you actually worn it a lot yourself? I wonder how practical the buckle would be and if maybe it could slide open accidentally in some situations...

Quality is good, since it’s way cheaper than Dawson, Harnden, Ribot and Skelton you can’t expect that type of craftsmanship, but the brand is very cost efficient! They do use a lot of polyester based materials, but that doesn’t automatically mean something bad. I have 2 pieces and was in Taiwan for 2 weeks on holiday and tried on lots of pieces from the brand.

@@markotomic8155 I see, thanks for the info. It's true, other high end brands like Comme de Garcons use a lot of plyester as well and it's not automatically bad, but I have to admit that I've never liked these materials much. Good to know that the crafsmanship is solid, however.

@@tophateyeball7198 i get it. Out of probably 200 clothing items I own, 3 have polyester in them 😂 1 from Issey and 2 from Professor E. I usually don’t like it either, but Ziggy Chen, Skelton and all retail wise are just too expensive sometimes hahah

@@markotomic8155 Yeah, the artisinal brands can bleed you dry if you don't luck out on second hand deals. I have some pieces from Julius that use nylon blends and they haven't let me down yet; since I prefer the more futuristic aesthetic synthetic fabrics are not uncommon for me. Still, nothing beats the feel of high quality wool and certain more traditional designs work better with that, I think.

Agree with all comments here! The quality is not the same as ED and PH but it’s still pretty decent. So ROI as a Consumer is Great!

I'll never be caught alive wearing shorts lol. Not even at the gym, plus I hate sand so I'm always 10987 light years away from the ocean. Ever considered wide pants? If you do want to stick around Avant Garde designer go for some of Yohjis and their super breathable wool.

@@DavidMoseer getting more fabric for your buck, I see nothing wrong with that 😏 but I get what you mean, I step on the hems alot climbing up stairs and am really not a fan of the whole 'heel bite' trend going around
