Well, here is a good one, creamy watermelon Agua Fresca, kind of like a milkshake, but without the ice cream can be served, chilled and ice. Garnish with chunks of small watermelon.
4 cups watermelon
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
** we did not add any extra sugar to ours. It did not need it. This is definitely better chilled or served over ice and we did dilute ours with milk. It brought it just right to the right sweetness and it silver retained its color and creaminess.
