INGREDIENTS-
आलू-Potato
2-3 बार चिप्स को धो ले-Wash it for 2-3 times
10-15 मिनट के लिए चिप्स को कपड़े पर सुखा लें-Dry the chips for 10-15 min on cloth
पानी-Water
नमक-Salt
तेल-Oil
नमक का पानी -Add salt water

Don't add salt water in heated oil,apply salt after fry,that's the good way👍🏻

Nothing will happen if we add salt water in heat oil while frying the chips we add salt water because to spread the salt in all chips equally😊
