Ingredients:
2 raw mangoes (medium-sized)
1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
4 cups cold water
Ice cubes (optional)
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:
Boil the Mangoes: Wash the raw mangoes thoroughly. Boil them in water for about 15-20 minutes until they become soft. Alternatively, you can pressure cook them for 2-3 whistles.
Cool and Peel: Let the boiled mangoes cool down. Once cooled, peel off the skin and extract the pulp using a spoon.
Blend the Pulp: Transfer the mango pulp to a blender. Add sugar, black salt, roasted cumin powder, and black pepper powder. Blend until you get a smooth mixture.
Mix with Water: Pour the blended mixture into a large jug. Add cold water and mix well. Adjust the consistency and sweetness according to your preference.
Serve: Pour the keri juice into glasses. Add ice cubes if desired. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled.
