Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this new summer costco grocery haul and meal plan and food organization! I think it's the first time I really organized the food / ingredient prep in my fridge in the new house! It feels like I'm one step closer to getting my life together... until next week. haha speaking of getting my life together; I meal planned!!! I know. Who am I? haha I had some time in the car on our drive home from our trip so I took advantage of that and made a little meal plan! Great summer recipes that i'm excited to share with you! Hope you enjoy all of the organization motivation? idk what to call it. My fridge looks nice --- for now. lol How long will it last? stay tuned.

Hey Kimmy, that garlic is absolutely fine. That's just the colour of the actual garlic skin. Sometimes they're really purple. It's just a different variety. The purple is not from the netting. Rest assured it's not moldy. Take care.

I feel ya with feeding all the neighborhood kids! My friends and I started a basket at my house we call the “community snacks” that we all put into so we’re prepared whenever the kids come around 😅

I love the purple garlic over the white. It’s milder, sweeter and the cloves are firmer and juicier. They are perfectly safe to eat and are not moldy.

I absolutely love your grocery hauls Kim, thank you! You are the reason I now wash and cut up all of our fruit when we get home from shopping now! Actually I've gotten my sister to do it too, and the kids and I all eat so much more! Also, wondering if you are going to do a pregnancy update soon??! I'm currently 35 weeks and feel like I've gone through this whole thing with you! Even though I'm all the way in upstate NY! ☺😂❤

Kim, you bring such a joy to me every time I see you! It looks like it won't be long until the little one will make his/her appearance. You just need to give yourself a little rest now and then heaven knows you deserve it! I bought an egg keeper that holds just a dozen. I got mine back in the day when the dollar store was still a dollar. Imagine they still have it. I really like mine and it's quite sturdy. Thank you for all you do and I'm looking forward to seeing you next time!

I started prepping the fruit after watching you do it for a few years (it takes me some time to get on board😂) and hearing you say that your kids are more likely to eat it if it’s already prepped. I thought I’d try it and see, and whadayaknow! It worked! Now I can’t keep fruit in our house because they eat it so quickly.

Me too. I think about now she could use someone to bring her some dinners and her to be fed nice food and a little feet up time. Her house seems always so inviting to guests though. It’s really a testament to her spirit of connection to people. I’m sure she has her “everybody out so I can clean!” Mom mode too.

Hi, Kim - I just want YOU to know how much YOU make me smile! I have been having a rough time lately and when I watch your channel I smile from ear to ear with a few giggles in between. I am not inthe young category, I am double nickels, yep 55 y/o with one 17 y/o daughter. She'll be a senior this year and never thought I would feel the way I do. I never let my emotions be known...but today it hit me like a ton of bricks, did I mention I have painters outside prepping my house. My daughter went out for the afternoon with her friends , Dad is working and BAM! the tears start flowing, so before I drown I put your channel on....I was cured with giggles & smiles! LOVE the fridge organization like in the last house! So pretty AND functional! 😍 Batteries: seems to be a common concern, but I watch a lot of firefighter TikTok’s and all of them say that they have never ever been to, or heard of, a fire caused by “improperly stored” batteries and that it’s not something to worry about. 🤷🏻‍♀️ i store my batteries like you do now.

I love Miss Vicky's salt and vinegar chips. If we go to Subway, I get those and a side of banana peppers. Top each chip with a banana pepper. So good!

Kim. If you want to wash and cut up the lettuce ahead of time you can. I always cut the ends off of it then wash it. When you go to store it layer some paper towels throughout the container or baggie of lettuce and it will keep it fresh longer. My son is a big salad water. I can buy one of the big packs like you buy and it lasts about 2 to 3 weeks in my fridge in containers cut up.

Kim, I have a peanut butter cookie recipe if you would like to try out for Eleanor. It has only three ingredients. 1 cup peanut butter 1 egg (of course you would need to use an egg substitute) 3/4 cup of sugar Mix ingredients together Roll into balls Roll in sugar Flatten down with fork Bake at 350 for eight to ten minutes No flour needed

My grandmother made these for us growing up and she would press a Hershey’s Kiss into the top when they came out of the oven (instead of topping w sugar and marking w fork). Delicious!

Try using a meat market to stock freezers! Also live in Tampa, and they typically get it from local farms and it's cheaper. Our favorite is harvest meat market!

Hey party people! Kim, I also used to roll my eyes at the egg containers but we have a small rental fridge and putting my eggs in the container let’s me take advantage of vertical space in the fridge without fear of cracking all my eggs.

I’m so excited cause I’m going to get a Costco membership tomorrow! I haven’t been in one since we moved to OK from Cocoa in 2004. We have a Sam’s membership (cause that’s all we had near us until a couple years ago) but I’m excited to have Costco too.

That crystal light,taste so good. Yumm just like regular lemonade. You’ll enjoy it. I have crystal light just to get me to drink lots of water. I love love Concord grape, wild strawberry. And the tea with lemon. Yum it works for me, hope you like it

Just buy an expensive toy for a kid and 9 times out of 10 they'll have more fun playing with the box it came in! LOL. Love watching your grocery hauls and the explanation for everything you bought. Convenience is where it’s at when you are preg and doing a summer for your kids and entertaining tons of bonus kids and all. You will catch up but having stomach issues all through this pregnancy makes it hard. You are doing great to provide them with many nice food options that they don’t need help and can get independently. Not to mention special allergies and just enjoying a meal you don’t need to worry about when the kids are at friends’ houses. That was a humongous haul to shop for and unload and prep it up. Good job mama. Some moms would just throw McDonald’s, lunchables, sugar cereal and soda for drinks. I try not to judge even poor nutrition bc you never know what that mom is coping with but I appreciate your effort and care in keeping your kids well fed with healthy options and plenty of fresh fruit and veggies. You got me into prepping my fruit more awhile ago with cutting watermelon and pineapple quickly. Made it a lot easier. Your fridge looks great. I do that and it’s only me and it still ends up messy by the end of the week when I’ve been cooking and storing leftovers. Lol sending hugs as always. Get some feet up surfing Pinterest for new baby things, decorating or just shopping for post partum clothing. I totally love your kitchen minus wishing the sink was closer to the cooking side of the kitchen. Kinda bummed to lose your lake view with the reno though. Is the patio going to be pushed back where the grill and bar area are? I love that area too but know you are a big fam and need more bedrooms.

I love the beautiful food prep. You can freeze guacamole and Avacados if Alex doesn't go through it fast. You can also freeze it as leftovers in individual servings.

I have also been on a mushroom kick for the last 6 mos or so. Either raw, sauteed or marinated. Mushroom and swiss burgers yum.

You need to get a blackstone grill!! You’ll find yourself cooking everything on it. Pancakes are awesome. And doing all your meat and vegetables at once❤️
