Yuqi started with a tattoo of a cute Welsh Corgi dog with a heart on her right shoulder. She revealed it to fans in July of 2020 and she has affectionately named him GiGi (끼기 in Korean) The name GiGi comes from one of Yuqi's nicknames Yuqiqi (우기기 in Korean) and she used her nickname as the base to name her tattoo after herself. Miyeon once said that Yuqi tends to use the nickname GiGi for a lot of things that she likes such as her stuffed bunny, giraffes, etc. (even the rabbit you might have seen in the MV is called GiGi, she has dozens of these GiGi rabbits. she loves them to bits). Yuqi told Miyeon that all of GiGi are her family. Yuqi has even joked about being from Kkiqi Land before. It is clearly a very special name to her.
