I enjoyed the whole video. You inherited those spaghetti arms. 😂But start with 3-5 lb dumbells & be sure to KTtape your elbows. You'd be surprised how fast your arms will pump up. I have eben gotten mine less spaghetti looking. Love your vlog. You have a great vibe. People are starved for "authentic" instead of all the prescripted "influencer" nonsense. Keep it up as you have time. 💖🙏🏻

hi ! there are alot of reasonable places everywhere, but I usually go to KINJI in harajuku or shimokitazawa, UNDER 900 and The Gate in koenji, since they have alot of stuff for a pretty good price! i hope u have the best time hereeee :))
