Due to a rainy summer in the southern alps, the Ticino had top levels for most of the summer.

Pick an outdoor activity that is available in your region, join a club, start small, train regularly, and live it to the fullest. If it happens to be kayaking, try to train slalom (if available) after work/school once or twice a week, to develop precious technical skills, and progressively join excursions over the weekends. It won't take long before you have a lot of fun, and then the rest will follow naturally!
