NZ minimum ride height is also 100mm, unless your car has been certified, I swap my suspension for WOF, then swap it back once it passes WOF

The vehicle height thing in NZ is if it's under 100mm ride height you need a certification. The difference is the height is measured from the lowest structural point so you can run them slammed.
