I'm so over summer and the heat. Fall is my favorite season but Halloween and spooky is my jam ! My birthday is 10/30 my late husband also 10/30 and our first child was born on 10/30 and always decorated. I stopped decorating since he past. I decided this year I was decorating and finished the last room today. I'm new to your channel ( so happy I found you). I need to go shopping once I decide on the theme, I'm 64 and I've NEVER decorated my bedroom for Halloween. Also the sheet thing I've been a folder all my life but never folded so you can see the print ( Genius ) LOL !!! Really enjoy your channel, thank you !

This was literally the best "decorate with me" video I've ever seen. I like waling through the process and changes as they happen :) Also, pottery barn now has to cater to 90's and 2000' kids, because we are now adults with adult money to spend.

Hot tip for helping put on your pillow cases. Reach your hands inside the pillow case and grab the corners and pull it down to the opening. So it’s all scrunched up. Then put that (with your hands still inside, think of when your putting on a head back or shirt but down want to mush your makeup ) Put your hands over the pillow, put it over the pillow again kinda like a headband over makeup lol then you can pull the pillowcase over easy. I tried to explain this the best I could haha but when I was teen this is how I was taught to do pillowcases when I worked in a hotel. It is a GAME changer. Takes no time to put them on!!!

Pausing at the point where you were putting the gorgeous pillowcases on your pillows. :) I learned something about 3-ish years ago that makes putting pillowcases on so much easier. If you turn the pillowcase inside out, you can put your hands down into the corners, grab the pillow corners, and basically turn the pillowcase right side out onto the pillow. I'll probably edit this comment later to squee over your awesome decor. Oh, and I'm definitely going to do that sheet trick, I've avoided patterned sheets precisely for the reason of not knowing what to do about the naked side of the fabric lol.

I learned it as a child. My grandmother taught me bc her home was like a museum. However, I tend to use whichever side is softer. It doesn't matter to me. I hardly have time to make my bed, I just want to be comfortable in it. When you have super cute sheets and your trying to make it look good, it does make a big difference though.

I just so love your decorate with me videos with sweet little Neens! I love how she gives you guff about messing with her comfy spot, it’s adorable and shows she has lots of spunk! The pumpkin headed skeleton could be Pumpelton, or Skelekin! I did this with my doggy who was half Schipperke and Pomeranian, I called him a Pommerke or a Schipperanian. Lol

Tip for putting pillow cases on. Turn the case inside out and lay it on top of the pillow. Put your arms inside and hold the corners of the pillow through the closed end of the pillowcase Pull the pillow through while pushing the case the pillow
