T Shirts weather and at 20.00 as well, cannot beat it. Shame about the bugs mind but the views seemed to be better on the second pitch and what a stunning setting sun! To be fair the morning was not too bad either, we need more days like this and good spot on the skylarks nest, cheers Alan

I was that way on Friday. Black Preston->Long Crag -> followed fence line below Long bar -> The Middle -> camped at Christianbury. Tbh the ground along the tops is some of the most treacherous and difficult I've came across, 1mph at times. The Middle is deadly, lost count of how many times I nearly stepped into a void. The relief when I got to Christianbury! 😂

A bit late on this one Dave🤭..trying to catch up. Never in one place long enough when I was on my last trip, as dependant wifi everywhere. (its the way I travel..I do not buy data on the go). Anyway, better late than never😉..As you know I love that whole area. Such a great place to escape from it all.
