this house is lovely tho! But one downside to this lovely house is a heat suction into the kitchen re cooking.that would be for me a very important feature in the kitchen.thanks for the update bro.

As much as I rate Kevin, developments of this pricepoint and calibre need to have an enclosed parking garage as standard not a drive exposing vehicles to the elements. I don't understand why it's so rare in developments, especially as they cannot add on. hey ho big up

The developers went all out.only drawbacks for me, his un enclose laundry room,and a 2 car garage enclosed. But overall, they did a great job.

I love the direction the developer went with these modern townhomes. The only thing I would've like added would be an enclosed garage space. Delpratts, the cinematography is top notch quality. Kudos to you guys.

Great content! Guys, bless up. Yes its a landmark development, but honestly the big conversation is always who as Jamaicans will be able to purchase these lovely homes. There needs to be fair disparity or else its only established riches and diaspora or other nationals who will be purchasing. Keep it coming.

@ronskullie9380 I can afford a unit like this, but this is not how nation-building happens. If you allow only foreign nationals to invest above 50% of real estate in your county, then the nation will have less money being circulated, hence increased inflation.

Have been waiting to see the actual entry units of the development , the modern design, and the decor reminds me of those i have seen in Senigal and elsewhere 🤔 which is a good thing. Great unit. Amazing finishes, design and feel. The microwave/ toaster oven space is one thing that’s iffy. I don’t think it would be at the bottom of the island seeing it’s so low. For the master bathroom, I can imagine the tub will get stained with soap scum and hard water from the shower. Also you mentioned the sound of cars on the highway. That would take some getting used to but I can imagine at this price point the owners would keep the doors closed most times and use AC

For the most part, everything looks good.. i agree that they have to do something above the laundry area. What happens when it rains?? ALSO, WHAT I NOTICE AND I KNOW IT WILL BE A PROBLEM, NOISE LEVEL FROM THE HIGHWAY, ESPECIALLY WHEN THOSE TRAILERS ARE GOING BY, AND WE KNOW HOW JAMAICAN TRUCK DRIVERS LIKE TO EXTRA WHEN CHANGING GEARS 😂😂😂.. Seems like the developers for this unit went to Africa and borrowed some ideas. Those are the style homes that are in Ghana, South Africa, Kenya and I guess a few other African countries. Also the US dollars , Canadian dollars and the pound and euro dollars go far in those countries so best believe affordability is a must for these style built homes. That’s why my wife and I are going there instead of remaining in the US or returning back to Jamaica.
