Sun Princess Med Cruise. We couldn't believe our luck!!

Join as we board the new Sun Princess ship ready for our cruise around the mediterranean. In this video we couldn't believe our luck as we get ugraded. We also explore the ship and cover the perks of being in an upgraded Signature Suite as well as enjoying Umai Teppenyaki. We finish the evening by catching one of the first shows performed in the Dome, Art Beat; and look forward to the next video where we visit Naples and explore the amalfi coast.

I am very much enjoying your adventures especially the Sun Princess as we are booked for October 2025 seems a long way off however your videos are very informative and will hekp us with planning please keep them coming

That ship isn't one that I'd choose as it's very modern and minimalistic, but the entertainment looked amazing and the Teppanyaki meal looked like a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to the next video.

Well done on bid upgrade, we always allow them to book riders that some amazing upgrades before the bits came in

Hi , we met as we were both getting off the Sun Princess in Athens . Agree with everything you said about the ship. I dont think we mentioned that we too got an upgrade . Like you , we were originally booked in a suite in the 'bulge' ( Cabana mini suite) which we were quite happy with . I bidded for a Penthouse Suite at the same price point as you did but Princess came back to us and said 'no' but would we like a Sky Suite It cost us an extra £2400 in toal but we got one !(of the 4 Sky Suites on the ship) . Utterly unbelievable . The same floor area as our house. Amazing . We had a fantastic breakfast and a worldie eveining meal served in the cabin. I dont think we'll be cruising for many a year as anything else will be a complete downer..Were stil buzzing. . The full price would have been circa £3000 a day . A holiday of several lifetimes. I would be interesting to get under the skin of upgrades and how and why cruise companies offer / allocate uogrades ... i gert the idea its a combination of factors ...anyway , best wishes.

Hi, Great video with professional reviews 👍🏼 We are booked on Sun Princess for August 17 and from what we understood there are still some activities that are not ready.. we are sailing with kids and the are excited to enjoy Park 19.. can you please share with us if it is all open on that Park? Are all the big show ready? Thank you and keep enjoy the rest of the cruise 😎🤩

Hi, thanks for the kind words. We were on her in May and at that time Park 19 still wasnt open...however, most of the other elements such as the Dome, the Arena were...They were testing the rollercoaster as we sailed so we wouldnt envisage it being tooo long before everything is up and running.

@@AgelessCuriosity Thank you for the information 🙏🏻 I think that it is really unfair that they started to sail before everything is ready! People booked cruises depending on what the ship has to offer.. very disappointing for the kids...

@@uriben We agree, when we were on the ship its was 5 weeks or so after the first sailing.
