Sunak praised by 'relieved' Ben Houchen after mayoral win in Tees Valley

Rishi Sunak has been praised by Tees Valley mayor Ben Houchen after he secured a third term despite the Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer and members of the shadow cabinet visiting the region.
He said he could not have "delivered the things that had been delivered over the past seven years" without the Prime Minister.
Rishi Sunak said Labour had also thrown "a lot of mud" during the election and commended the "bold decisions the mayor had made.

They kept getting defaced, someone kept spray-painting a letter T after Ben's name...can't imagine why... ...it might have something to do with him dishing out £millions in taxpayer's cash to 'private' companies that are filled with his mates, then handing the keys to Judges Country Club to one of his best mates at a massive discount. Then, Michael Gove swoops into the investigation and says that none of it is fraud...so it must be so, eh?
