Im a house owner and investor. From my experience, pay off ur loan first then use your emi amount for investing. You’ll have so much peace of mind and protection diversification. You’ll be strong when markets fall. Debt is weight on our shoulders. Don’t worry about the tax benefits from this new tax system, there will be no exemption for home loans.

Anna, My age is 39 & currently working in software corporate company, I've been working for almost 15 yrs and here are my savings 1. FD - 20L 2. PF - 32L (current) 3. Superannuation + gratuity = 23L SA amount will get after exiting company only 4. My liabilities are home loan - 40k per month (19 yrs left, recently took home loan of 4OL) 5. Started SIp of 15k for future 6. Started RD of 15k for my daughter school fee. 7. I took term insurance of 1Cr in 2020 year with 2700 per month (Complete 4 yrs and 6 yrs left) 8. I have responsibility of my sister daughter marriage on my shoulder. 9. My monthly expenses including all around 1.2L Question!! 1. Because of responsibility (point 8) I'm in struck in one company only and not thinking to switch 2. How can I improve my financial freedom and how to save emergency fund 3. Please suggest positive and negatives of financial so I can improve
