omg I'm a singer too and I live w/2 autistic ppl who can't stand my singing (the other autistic person sings w/me), and I have to accommodate to their sensitivities so I go outside and sing to the trees (used to sing to the pond of fish) and the neighbors think I'm crazy. Although once the postman asked me when my album was coming out. I've done cantorial singing & gigs but can't sing in my own house, :( It's ok. We all have to meet one another half-way sometimes in these lives. There's always a place for me and everyone. I love your voice. Please sing more. It's lovely, like you.

I have a cup of organic Ethiopia medium coffee with spices. I place organic ginger spice, cinnamon, turmeric, and a twist of black pepper in the bottom of my mug and then pour my coffee in and stir. I believe this is a great way to enjoy coffee in the morning.

BDE about your sister. Her memory blesses you, I can tell. This reading is getting me wow wow wow to the core. I am weak phyically and I DON'T get enough protein bc I just can't eat meat and food tastes bad sometimes when I think about people not having enough (I know--old dumbness); I have been ordering Orgain instead of Paradise (vegan here), just switched, and I've been sitting on my ass, victimizing myself taking care of ppl's kids while I never get a break bc the concept of self care is foreign to me; I'm not a slave. not sure where you had this exparience of mixec hamburger meat because the hamburgers we have in the UK are oroper meat. same in Poland. unless it is something Mac Donald or Burger King do without customers knowing.
