Thank you Father Dave, Diane, Jess, and Cragley for helping me keep Sunday Holy! My first Sunday off in 3 weeks. Being a nurse, we help others every day to heal and grow to enjoy the gift God has given us. The Homily was lovely, and the video at the end reminds me that I am not alone. By the way Father Dave, your sermon was “spot-on. It was a wake up call to me about how we treat our mind as a child. So true and real. It does combine with our ego to create havoc on our closeness to Jesus. I have to change for the better. Not allowing my mind to be spoiled and realizing that my ego is not my amigo. Gid bless you.

" Dear father Dave, I did look this up in the Catholic Bible but I had a hard time finding it. I had to use Google. Google comes in handy once in a great while and I find it in this particular Mass and homily to use it. I need to say this. A few weeks back, you, Fr Dave said not to do laundry on Sundays. Well, I have a job I try to perform every Sunday as far as employment goes, and normally, I would do laundry after my work hrs were over on Sunday. Not tonight, nope. I left it alone and sat and read, enjoyed my Lambrusco, and watched some TV. Thank you.
