I am judging Suhel Seth now because he seems to b hell bent to save Edward Luce. Ed seems to be a person who likes the India that viewed the world through a western lens as opposed to the India that is viewing herself through an Indic lens under PM Modi's leadership. These rebuttal videos are also well researched and fact based which is something the western "intellectuals" are unable to counter at present.

Suhel, more than most of us home bounds, with the benefit of his extensive peripatetic discerning experience must have figured it out ours is not the most ideal country under the sun. Much of our national drawbacks eg social ills iniquitous practices based on caste, religion gender even ethnicity, etc could be justifiably brought to the fore for open questioning and hopefully improved upon. So expanding on Suhel’s epithet I’d even go further,- criticizing our country in the area where it is due is not anti-national at all. Gandhiji did it, Rabindranath did it, Swami Vivekananda did it with particular acuity and vigour. Any confident, mature nation that shies away from self-criticism does it at its peril.
