This conference is a pivotal point for socio-economic restructuring which means the key topic starts with economic freedom and embarks on neutralizing the issue of whites dominating the bigger piece of the cake..(they are still highly paid & they're males), therefore this issue will be diluted by involving more blacks and women in particular in the courtyard.
