We invite the Houston community and our viewers at a distance to join us for a guided introduction to meditation from 11:00am to 12:00 noon with one of Dawn Mountain's longtime students. The Sunday Meditation will be available to the public both at the Dawn Mountain Temple as well as through Live Broadcast or saved video on our KZfaq site.
