I never knew that caffeine could be harmful for you until you pointed it out in this video. 😮 I try not to consume too much caffeine during the day but sometimes I need the extra boast and there’s nothing else that I can take. 😢❤ I enjoyed seeing the products that you use for your shower and hair care routine. ❤🥰

Highly recommend giving up caffeine! I've never felt better.. more energy, less anxious, less moody, etc! I've been CF since last December and I was a total addict prior - mom of 4 and nurse 😅

LOL so easy to say if you don't work early hours like 4 am and rely on it to live... plus cutting out caffeine comes with nonstop headaches

White sneakers look great on a woman’s feet when their toes are not showing, just like boots and other closed toed shoes! As a Floridian, when is layering season for you, (not including summer heat or rains)? For me, I generally avoid layers or at least wear light clothing when it’s running hot here in Illinois, (highs of 75-80+ or so)
