Hi all,
Recently I have found myself being more productive during the week and I think it has a lot to do with my new Sunday routine, which I of course wanted to share with you!
I have always loved to spend Sunday's at home planning for the week ahead. I usually plan in my calendar, prep food and do some self care. Recently I started writing out my schedule in an actual planner instead of just looking over the calendar in my phone. This gives a much better overview of what I actually need to prioritize and how much I can realistically can get done in a week.
I have some really busy weeks with a lot of travels coming up which has made it extra important that I focus on good time management to get things done while I'm still in LA.
What is your best tip for setting yourself up for a productive week? I would love to hear!

- 2-3 tbsp chia seed

I hope you realise what you do for our mental health. If I’m having a bad day or week, watching your videos just makes me feel so much better, gives me motivation, helps give me a more positive outlook and makes me feel like ‘I can do this’ as well as just handy ideas of how to do things (like your diary). By the way I love Papier, I use their pens too ☺️ so just to say thanks Sanne, you can even inspire a 42 year old mum of 4 through her daily struggles and when I think it’s all too much your vlogs help get me to a better place mentally, you’re an absolute 🌟 ❤

I always write things down on paper, and on a calendar. It is very relaxing, just the simple act of writing things down, is very calming.😍

I became the most productive after listening to a podcast that said, “it’s important to live life by design rather than emotion. Basically, sticking to a routine is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves (especially when you're fighting these demons ex. OCD for me).

I also do my meal prep on Sundays and it has changed my life! You could try making a quiche without crust: whip 6 eggs, a bit of plan based milk, spinach, kale, cheese (or not), some spices (I use moroccan spices), in the oven at 350 for 35 min. And voilà, quick 5 min to mix, easy, and delicious!
