I like the clear bin idea. I bet it does help cut time down. Emmett's room is adorable.

I did the bins for my kids too when the were little. I even put socks, underwear, a ponytail holder, their bow for the day, and a hairbrush in the top bin. That way, we weren’t scrambling for anything in the morning while I was getting ready for work and getting them ready for school or daycare.
