Just so you know, if your tags don’t fit, I would be more than happy to buy it from you! 😂 As you know, I’m in love with these boxes! I had to put slow stitch aside for a little bit because my fingers are hurting too bad. Anyway, this is another gorgeous box and honestly, it will look fabulous with tags in it! Love the birdie. Everything looks beautiful. I have been practicing some different stitches. I’m pretty sure with my hand issues I could not do anything bigger like your box. But I was thinking if I make something small. What I had in mind were tags. The size I was hoping to do is 4 1/2 x 2 1/2. Of the four seasons. You know one for summer, spring etc… Seems like they would be big enough for me to sew different materials and a tree or flowers. Another plus is they’re small enough that I can work on a small area at a time so not to hurt my hands. And it won’t take forever to finish. Lol Do you think that’s doable? Also with that size being the finished piece, should I start off like a 1/4 inch bigger material? Thank you for inspiring me. I really want to try this. 🌼🌼🌼

Tags would be great, and yes I would do them a 1/4” larger. There is a lady on KZfaq kzfaq.info/sun/PLdoypP04MTFluM0RZPwQW77kFFiSIKw-u&si=6DNVIDMsN_CyfD3X who did a year-long series of slow-stitched tags. I would check her out maybe you would find some inspiration! I hope that helps! 🤗
