I bought Pixel 5 from them from this video: - 18th May: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ZrqJqJiHqrm3omw.htmlsi=TJQR00itBmR_yIq5&t=638 I sent my colleague to collect the phone from them. They said that it only had spots (check the video above), while in reality the glass was changed. They did not inform about this when we made the purchase. We are not that tech savvy to recognize these imperfections. Glass replacement was acceptable but when we tried calling on the phone, the audio was muffled out of the earpiece which made the phone unusable. This is because Pixel 5 has underglass speaker. The glass replacement likely either messed the speaker or it wasn't fitted properly resulting in muffled sound. I sent back my colleague for a replacement or exchange or even keep the phone and adjust the credit when they've a better phone available. They declined all requests and said to sell it elsewhere. Would suggest everyone else to keep this in mind while making a purchase from them. My experience did not go well with them and will likely never make another purchase from them.
