It is easy to Access the static variable static method and all ? Then why we don't use all methods and variable as a static ?

Inside a method (main) declare static varaibal it is Possible to access static variable inside the state method in java

How do I pass a value as an argument from the main method(in another class), to set a static variable in another class using setters method. Also how to access a static variable using the getters method of the same class.
