The biggest advantage of Sunderland is that it has coach Mowbray. In terms of strength...the four teams of Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Coventry and Luton are also very close in all aspects

i really want luton town to make it because last time they were in the top division was 1980's and not when it was named the premier league. This will be an incredible story from and devastating downfall in the late 2000's

we always score and can see us scoring twice as you have to come out to attack we will out football your lot if you know what football is instead of just kicking everything above the grass but we expected that. Dont want to be nasty but do you really think the premier league would want a kicking team in the prem its not a good advert they want teams who play football and i dont think Luton come close

Excellent football from Sunderland. No plan B or any tactical changes from Rob Edwards showing his limitations. This is a concern now for Luton town fans and will need to rely on fans at Kenny and set pieces in second leg.

Rate Edwards highly but why wasnt Cambell brought on with 3 midfeilders on booking they were all scared to get a 2nd yellow and let Sunderland have the ball hence such a poor 2nd half display. Being a Luton fan for many years we never do things the easy way. COYH

@@darrenwinch5139 At last a Luton fan with a brain i said at half time Luton are playing on eggshells one more bad tackle and they are down to 10 men. by the way i am too old to come off the bench now mate lol but i guarentee i would have done better i am only 66 but was a good left winger hahahahaha may the best team win good luck but not too much
