For so long, China has been painted in a negative light in the West and as such our first impressions of Chongqing is not what we expected. The truth is that Chongqing, China is miles ahead of the rest of the world and the infrastructure is beyond impressive which makes it impossible for others to compete against China.
In this video, we take you around Chongqing, China and show you just how futuristic this cyber punk city is.

Why does the West not want its people to know about cities like Chongqing in China? While China’s building high-speed trains, others are still waiting for the bus that’s always late. At this rate, China will have space elevators before some countries fix their potholes! (You know which countries we’re talking about)

I'm writing my dissertation, and when I read literatures I find a interesting academic article. It compares some of the news about China and the United States in Africa, from Western media. The results of the study show that although the news about the United States in Africa is mainly related to military expansion, its image is skewed in a positive direction and few people question its behavior. China, on the other hand, is in the news in Africa mainly for economic cooperation, but is often portrayed as a negative collaborator and considered a “new type of colonialism”. One really has to marvel at the power of “propaganda” in the Western media.😂

The West does not want to compete. I don't know what the west wants, because in any game, whether sports, economy, or war, you'd better have your players know about their opponents. Therefore, if the West wants to compete with China, it should want its people to know China in order to defeat China. As stated in the Art of War, know yourself and know your enemy, in Chinese 知己知彼 However, last time I checked, the West is a Christian world. So, westerners should know what things God hates the most. Proverbs 6:16-19 16 There are six things the Lord hates, seven that are detestable to him: 17 haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, 18 a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are quick to rush into evil, 19 a false witness who pours out lies and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers. Lying is the only thing that appears twice on this list, so it must be the one God hates most.

I love love love watching you explore Chongqing because that is my destination later this year. Do you know about the ex air raid shelters that have been repurposed into hotpot restaurants and art gallery or vintage bookstore? - again a testament that the government build things for the people to enjoy. I would love to see you visit one or two. Not many westerners know of them so if you video your reaction in one it would be so cool. Plus I suggest you visit a hot springs - there are so many within an hour of the city.

At 11:30, the item that looks like a radish is actually pig intestines on the outside and green onions inside. Some people really love this combination. At 14:10, that’s tofu pudding made from soybeans, which is found in both northern and southern China. In the south, they add sweet sauce, while in the north, they add salty sauce. But here in Chongqing, they add spicy sauce! You should give it a try, haha. The texture is like ice cream. In fact, I have previously spoken to residents living near Liziba Station, and they mentioned that the light rail doesn’t really bother them much, whether it’s the vibrations or the noise. The impact is almost negligible. The main issue now is that too many people come here to take photos! Haha. By the way, I’m really looking forward to your next video on Chongqing’s night scenes!
