yup! i am a middle eastern ex-muslim and now a christian. actually not really now but since 2017 :D what youre talking about is absolutely correct in my opinion and experience. my family (both parents' side) are sunnis. theyre salafis actually. we dont really have a big christian population here but the converts here almost always ex sunnis. may god help us to spread his words to others and may god open their hearts so they can hear his true words of wisdom

In my early life as a Christian, I have a pride in my heart. I don't need anybody to help even though I will become Beggar. In one particular year I suppose to accompany my family with mother in law to visit her son in Australia via Singapore. Even though my sister in law in Singapore willingly to cover all our expenses but I declined. One Sunday church service pastor preaching about Matthew 11:28-30. During service the word "I will give you rest" ringing in my ears for numerous times and I said "Lord, if this is your will. I need double confirm". Next day as usual have breakfast in the restaurant and continue reading Christian book. When I turn to next page the first sentence appeared "I will give you rest". I was weeping in the restaurant but luckily not many customers. So by faith we are flight together to Singapore then to Australia back to Singapore again for 10 days journey with one luggage and little money in my pocket. After 10 days journey we flight back to homeland with 4 luggage full of new clothes and others daily use items with Sin dollar $1200 in my pocket.This is the miracle God has performed in my life to trust and surrender to him with my pride and receive blessing with overflowing until now still flowing endlessly. Hallelujah

Praise the Lord brother at least I know that my daily prayer in my morning mass that I am praying is answered truly. I am very happy to pray especially when you are going through your journey of faith. You need a lot of prayer to support because you need to go through trials and tribulations. I dont doubt there are Muslims who do convert to Christianity, from what I've seen vast majority have little actual connection w/actual Islam. Like most Christian apologists, and I've listened to them all (CP, DW, these two arab guys), their arguments are weak at best, and outright lies at worst (and more the latter than former). I have no problem w/Christians or anyone debating Islam, you are not Muslims so go for it. The basic thing that a God should say in the Gospel is that "I am God". Son of God, Holy Spirit and anything else is not substantial substitute for " I am God". Now as for the Salvation and extra supernatural events he can do, well a Prophet can still do these things with permission of God. The sentence that should be repeated in the Bible is that " I am God" as the God foretells the future and he is better communicator than anyone and he helps us identify him and not set us up. Now where on the bible Jesus says I am God? It is in the Gospel of John. Does it match exactly with the other earlier written Gospels? No. The Gospel of John was written 100 years after Jesus by unknown Author. The Book of John also contains addition not found in earlier Gospels such " Before Abraham was I am". Therefore someone is tricking us. The following are also some additional reasons that indicate why Christianity is wrong: 1. Samuel 7:14 shows Messiah and Jesus could be punished by God hence this is telling they are not God. Any delusional Trinity explained of this is just manmade fabrication and telling us that the bible is not for the average population but only for the ultra educated and that God is a bad communicator and hence he is less powerful than a God. 2. In John 17:22 Jesus was praying to someone for his congregation saying "I have Given Them the Glory that You Have Given Me, so That They May be One just as You and I are One ". Well my readers does this also make you God as well. 3. Isaiah 11:2 shows Messiah will fear God and hence he is not God 4. Horsea 3:5 Messiah when returning will fear God 5. Horsea 11:9 God not a Man 6. Isaiah 45:5 Not Partners to God 7. Isaiah 46:5 Do not liken God to anyone 8. Gospel of John 20:17 Jesus talking about Ascending to a more higher being which means he is not the ultimate higher being 9. Mathews 24:36 The Son is not one with the father as he does not know the date of the resurrection 10. Kings 13:14 - 13:24 word of God doesn't change So how come Kosher and many of the other 613 commandments have changed with Christianity 11. Mark 10:18. Jesus said that no one is good except God. 12. Jesus did not exactly raise from the dead at exactly 3 days and 3 nights as he prophesied 13. Jesus was dead after Crucifixion but He prophesied that he would not die as long as Jobah stayed inside the Whale. 14. Jesus didn't show us in his Earthly ministry how to live a personal life. What are the rules of the Jews we should keep and which ones we should abandon. For example Kosher food or no kosher as later church choosen different rules. Hence we need another message from Jesus. 15. James followed the Torah 16. No Disciples witnessing Jesus on the Cross. Mary and Magdalene presence was noted however. 17. Gospels written years after ministry of Jesus and still at different times 18. Other Gospels are missing 19. Ignatius of Antioch around 250AD reported and condemned different views on Trinity which indicates early Christians were different 20. Jesus didn't show us how to rule in his Earthy Ministry. He was never an absolute ruler as the Roman emperor was the absolute ruler. This real life is needed to show us how to deal with real life scenarios for example whether He will order wars or what to do with LGBT if he was an absolute ruler. Hence the message of Jesus is not complete. Judaism and Islam are complete but Christianity is not. 21. Despite what you watch in TV the reality is the following for the last 100 years: Millions of Christians were massacred by Christians in WWI. Close to 70 Millions Christians were massacred by Christians in WWII. Millions of Jews were massacred by Christians in WWII. 30000 Japanese were massacred by Christians in Nagasaki. 60000 Japanese were massacred by Christians in Hiroshima. Even If we accept all blames for other Massacres on Earth on other Peoples (including Muslims, Hindu, Buddhists) they won't match up to 10%. I am not saying Christians are criminals but I am saying that religion was no use to solve these catastrophies. 22. Other Religions Holy Books like the Quran talked about many scientific knowledge 1400 years ago. None rejected by modern science. These facts include (water cycle, tectonic plates of Earth, Motions of things in space, structure of Earth, fetal development). A big list of facts in a single ancient book serve as a strong clue. If the Gospels has indicated a collection of similar facts that serve as prophecies that are confirmed by modern science, it would have been great. In fact there was still scientists burning by the church in the mediaeval period for saying Earth is Round. 23. Verses above collectively shows that attempts to corrupt the bible was not able to alter all fundamentals that prove the nature of Jesus.

You say alot of sunnies Muslim converting to Christianity but you can see also a lot priest /pastor who has been teaching Christianity for many years converted to Islam. One might ask why do these people who were trained /ordained/went to bible school came to islam
