Thank you Sherri for pointing out how hard it is for women POST 40 to get up and work out. I look at Sunny on the view and for almost 10 years I'm like YES SUNNY!!! I love her look every time and that SKIN! People jealous that she's not aging.

I agree, I am in my sixties and I wear whatever I want. I meet a lot of younger men, I tell them my age so there is no misunderstanding. Everyone in my family just died ( 5 people, sisters and brothers) within the last few years much younger than me. I do my hair how I want and purchase whatever outfit I want and don’t care 🤷🏽♀️ We have one life to live, and no one can live it for you, but you. ❤

For the record young ladies. I am 70 years old. have you seen 70-year-olds, do you really want to dress like them? Me either. My skin is tight I am in great physical shape, I am active, muscular and I walk with my head held high. I do not want a limp or a glimp! I fast, eat right and my numbers are excellent. Eat less, exercise more and stay proud. Physical health begins with mental wellbeing!!

Allll of what Sherri just said.. Society always wants to place confines on women. We’re tired of being expected to do everything , be a mother, take care of everyone, work , the whole gamut.. But when we wanna do something for ourselves, we taught to believe that we can’t do it or we shouldn’t do it . Bump that!!!! I’m 57 & if I see an outfit that fits well and I like it I’m wearing it. That’s it and that’s all…..

The women who are complaining about Sunny and Sherri are feeling some kind of way about not having the bodies that these ladies have worked hard for. I just lost 105 pounds working out hard and it was not easy. I feel amazing and my joints don’t hurt anymore thank you Jesus. Please stop telling women what they can’t wear because you can’t wear them.
