Sunon EE92251S3-D000-C99 - Fan Noise

2 жыл бұрынI couldn't find the exact datasheet, but page 63 of this PDF has similar models: media.digikey.com/pdf/Data%20...
This one has a sleeve bearing, and unfortunately I think there is something caught in the bearing, which makes some extra noise. This fan was a rear exhaust of an old HP Pavilion p6230a desktop.

Is there any way to add lubricant? Peel off the seal but there is no hole to access the rotor

Looks like sleeve bearing, is there a hole in the front of the fan motor?

Maybe,, although it is filled in, maybe with some kind of adhesive.

@@Jeff_FanCollector Yeah I thought so. The friction characteristics of the bearing also feel like a sleeve.

I know how model numbering system works the s in that sunon fan model means sleeve v means vapo and b means 2 ball o means 1 ball

Just like delta fan models afb f in middle stand for 2 ball or 1 ball s stands for sleeve u stands for superflo
