I agree with what Louise said about leadership about behavior. I was disappointed with the boys' school my son was at, 4th generation. Their student government would say, oh, it's Hawaiian night or super hero night or other ridiculous things, and they would show up at sporting matches all looking like rag-a-muffins. The other schools would all have their student sections uniformly dressed in certain sweatshirts or tee-shirts that unified them, and they would cheer their known cheers. We would always win, we have dominated for years, the school attracts athletes and I know parents that moved their households so their sons could attend this school, (also great academically) but I kind of always wanted the other schools to win. Their students were so unified and disciplined and handled themselves so well. I respected them, because they clearly respected a leader, whether student, coach, administrator, or teacher. They showed dignity in their representation of their school.
