My son had an expander when he was a teen. Stylist - love the wallpaper; Cafe - if you put the food replicator from Into the Future, it will spawn a server; fire station - regular stoves won't work on the lot, but the baker's oven from the bakery set or pizza oven will work - those are what I use. I love your community college idea! So cute! Lots of your lots are No Visitors Allowed - you might want to change the lot type so townies will visit Paradise Cove etc. I love the splash pad for the kids. If you put a regular sprinkler close to the big fountain, sims will actually play in it. I wish the sprinklers could be recolored so they were less obvious, but the payoff is worth it. For the yoga studio, if Sims go to China and learn to meditate, you can have them go to the mat and do that. I've never tried the yoga mod, but this makes me want to. I think for the townhouses, if you extend the platform in front of the door to the garage, it will allow you to place a stair. If I recall, stairs in front of a door require two tiles (one for the door and one for the stairs). It looks like you have room to do that. I love your builds!
