I did Montessori training over 20 years ago, graduating at 1998.
My sole intention of that time was I want to be a teacher. I didn't have children of my own yet at the time, but I love being around children and I wanted to be able to work in a preschool.
Back then, I didn't know anything about Montessori. And can you believe I didn't even know that Montessori was a person!

FAITH & PATIENCE ,,,,, Thx for reminding us. I still struggle with "connect the child with the materials". I also still struggle with a child who excited at the beginning, but suddenly loss his/her interest and doesn't want to finish his/her work. I really don't have any idea, how I should react ... Could you help me ma'am ? Thx in advance

Observe the child and find out their interest. Do not push them into anything.

Hey, im starting at a montessori oriented school next week, what are your top 10 tips for going into it kinda blind! (Gonna be a substitute teacher)

@@SunshineTeachersTraining Thanks alot for your response :) definitely gonna take it to heart i dont think i can prepare a whole much, because they said all the materials are gonna be in the classroom + the students already know what they have to do which makes me kinda anxious not being able to structure anything but i guess ill just have to be spontaneous and do it on the go :) thanks again and much love
